Approved Providers: Failure to meet requirements:
30 Hours of Continuing Education (1 Hour = 50 minutes or 1 Contact Hour)

24 Hours of Continuing Education (1 Hour = 50 minutes or 1 Contact Hour)

All hours may be taken by home study.
For other options, such as an examination, contact your Board of Nursing

Delaware is a part of the Interstate Compact License group that recognizes and permits nurses to practice in group states under their home state license. License renewal must be obtained under the home state license requirements

a minimum of ten hours of JPC
approved pharmacology/
pharmacotherapeutics related continuing education within the
area of specialization and licensure per biennium. The pharmacology/
pharmacotherapeutics content may be a separate course or integrated within other offerings

Nationally recognized approver of providers, such as:
ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) accredited providers:
NURSING EDUCATION OF AMERICA® is Accredited as a Provider of Continuing Education in Nursing by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)

Fining by the Board of Nursing for practicing with a lapsed license.
